Refund policy

Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.

As hard as I try, occasionally the wrong scent  or product may find its way into your package. A real person (really kind person) pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at info@aqualimeskincare.com with your order number within 3 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@aqualimeskincare.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.

WORKSHOPS

All sales are final on workshop tickets. No refunds will be issued. We’re all human and I know life happens so if something arises and you are unable to attend please reach out with 48 hrs of the event and I will be happy to help.Â
